It is a condition more common in men than women. It is characterized by inability to distinguish between colours, in particular red and green.

174. What is incubation period?
It is a period between infection and appearance of symptoms.

175. Which part of the heart is a pacemaker?
The part of the heart which originate contractions of the heart muscles. If it fails to work, an artificial pacemaker can be inserted.

176. What is a Parkinson’s disease?
Common nervous diseases with muscular tremors, weakness and stooping, usually found in old people. The mind is not affected.

177. What is radio therapy?
It is the treatment of certain diseases using X-rays, radium or other radio active substances.
