BHU Recruitment 2015 – Junior Research Fellow Posts

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has announced notification for recruitment of Junior Research Fellow vacancies on temporary basis for the project entitled “Biogeochemical process and paleoceanographic studies of the Eastern Indian Ocean”. Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 28 years. 05 years of age relaxation is given for SC/ ST/ Physically Handicapped/ Female candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess M.Sc/ M.Sc (Tech)/ M.Tech. in Geology/ Marine Geology/ Applied Geology/ Petroleum Geo sciences with at least 55% marks.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application on plain paper giving name, permanent and correspondence address names of father and mother, telephone no. and e-mail address (if available), details of educational career (starting from High School or equivalent) along with attested copies of all mark-sheets and certificates and details of any research or other experience etc., should reach to Professor A.D. Singh, P.I., Department of Geology, Faculty of Science, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi – 221 005 within 21 days from the date from the advertisement.
