Paris climate agreement signed by India in US

Prakash Javadekar, Minister of State for Environment Forest and Climate Change on Friday, signed the Paris climate agreement with 170 nations in New York. UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon, stated that it was a historic moment, and a new covenant for the future was signed. With this deal, India takes a major step to work towards reducing greenhouse gas emissions in its fight against global warming.
