SpaceX ticks 2018 for its Mars Journey

Elon Musk’s aerospace manufacturing company SpaceX on Wednesday announced that it is planning to send an unmanned Dragon spacecraft to Mars as early as 2018. This is the first step in achieving Musk’s ling-term goal to make Mars a habitable planet. US Space agency NASA said that it will provide technical support for SpaceX’s first foray, Dragon, which will be in the size of an SUV.
