Shashank Manohar quits as BCCI President
Shashank Manohar has quit as the President of the Indian Cricket Board, BCCI, as per reports. Reportedly, he will be taking over as the independent International Cricket Council (ICC) Chairman on May 23. Also, it is said that he quit the post as implementing the RM Lodha panel recommendations was ‘impossible’. Notably, Manohar had taken charge as the BCCI head after the death of Jagmohan Dalmiya.
