Railway employees to go on strike from July 11

Protesting against the centre’s unresponsiveness on the charter of demands tabled in December 2015, the National Federation of Indian Railwaymen has decided to go on an indefinite strike from July 11. Unions affiliated to NFIR represent over 13 lakh employees. General Secretary of NFIR, M Raghavaiah said ht unions will submit strike notice on June 9 to the GMs of zonal railways and production units. To get latest current affairs view here.
